At Peptide Haus, we work hard to ensure your order is fulfilled quickly, packaged with care, and delivered on time. Below you’ll find our shipping guidelines, payment policies, and general ordering expectations.

Shipping Timeline

Monday–Friday
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day.

Saturday & Sunday
Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM ship the next business day.

Holidays
No orders ship on federal holidays.

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer two UPS shipping options:

  • UPS Ground — $5

  • UPS 2nd Day Air — $10

Free Shipping
Orders over $200 qualify for free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping.

Packaging

All orders are packaged securely and discreetly.
There are no product descriptions on the label or exterior packaging.

Payment Policies

To protect your privacy and ensure smooth payment processing, please follow the guidelines below:

Payment Note Requirements

When submitting payment, please only include your invoice number in the payment notes.

DO NOT INCLUDE:

  • Product names

  • The word “peptides”

  • Any descriptions

  • Anything other than the invoice number

Payments that include descriptions may be rejected, delayed, or canceled.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Peptide Haus is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address entries.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are intended solely for controlled laboratory research and cannot be restocked, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, please email info@peptide-haus.com and we will be happy to review it.
