At Peptide Haus, we work hard to ensure your order is fulfilled quickly, packaged with care, and delivered on time. Below you’ll find our shipping options, local pickup guidelines, payment policies, and general ordering expectations.
Shipping Timeline
Monday-Friday
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST typically ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST typically ship the next business day.
Saturday & Sunday
Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST may ship the same day when carrier drop-off is available.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST typically ship the next business day.
Holidays
No orders ship on federal holidays.
Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Local Pickup Timeline
Local pickup orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Pickup instructions will be sent once your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation and instructions.
Shipping & Local Pickup Methods
We currently offer UPS shipping and local pickup options.
UPS Ground — $5
UPS 2nd Day Air — $10
Free Shipping
Orders over $200 qualify for free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping.
Local Pickup - Lake Charles Area
Local pickup orders automatically receive 15% off.
Nelson Rd. Daytime Pickup
This option is best for customers who can pick up during regular daytime business hours. Orders for this pickup option are typically dropped off around 12:00 PM. Pickup is only available after you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Full pickup instructions will be sent once your order is ready.
Nelson Rd. daytime pickup is available during the following operating hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
After-Hours Storage Locker Pickup
This option is best for after-hours or more flexible pickup. Locker drop-offs are typically made around 5:30 PM. The pickup address, locker number, and access code will be sent once your order is ready.
Packaging
All orders ship securely and discreetly from Peptide Haus.
No product names or contents are listed on the exterior packaging.

When submitting payment, please only include your invoice number in the payment notes.
DO NOT INCLUDE:
Product names
The word “peptides”
Any descriptions
Anything other than the invoice number
Payments that include descriptions may be rejected, delayed, or canceled.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Peptide Haus is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address entries.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are intended solely for controlled laboratory research and cannot be restocked, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If there is an issue with your order, please email info@peptide-haus.com and we will be happy to review it.
